This is done when you apply pressure to this area with your fingers just before you reach the point of ejaculation and kept in place until ejaculatory contractions cease. Permanent retrograde ejaculation won't occur if you do this occasionally. My girlfriend has been doing this to me and it does feel different. I liked it. I never had full retrograde and I never had any side effects.
